Aspen

This cabin is carpeted and has all electric kitchen appliances and heat, plus a living/dining area with a wood-burning stove and color TV. In each cabin, there are two bedrooms on the ground floor with either a double or queen bed in each, and an open loft with 2 queen beds. Linens and towels, cooking and eating utensils for eight people are provided. (See list.) The cabins feature open beamed ceilings. Parking is limited to 2 vehicles (no trailers).

Information below is standard for all cabins

SPECIAL NOTES:

  • Check in is 3:00pm or any time thereafter. Check out is before 11:00am.
  • NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR EARLY CHECK OUTS. NO EARLY CHECK-INS ALLOWED.
  • No pets are allowed in the cabins or cabin area. For RVers: the County and Forest Service strictly enforce a leash law.
  • ATVs, motorcycles, and other all-terrain vehicles are prohibited within the Fish Lake Basin area. This includes the parking and drive areas around Lakeside Resort and Fish Lake Lodge. Contact the Loa Ranger’s office for information on ATV allowed areas.
  • Forest Service regulations prohibit overnight use of campers or tents parked or pitched by cabins. All overnight camping must be in designated campgrounds.
  • No campfires are allowed in the cabin areas.
  • Fish Lake Resorts Associates reserves the right to move your reservation to a comparable or upgraded cabin without notice.
  • Fish Lake Resorts Associates reserves the right to refuse accommodations, confiscate security deposits, and/or evict persons, without refund, who refuse to obey Resort and/or Forest Service rules and regulations.

RESERVATION POLICIES

Due to our remote mountain location and limited number of cabins, we have adopted the policies explained below.They are strictly enforced!

RENTAL DEPOSIT POLICY:

Reservations made prior to May 1st require the first night’s rent to hold the reservation. This deposit is due 10 days after the reservation is made. Balance is due no later than May 10th. Final balances not paid by May 10th result in the cancellation of the reservation. Reservations made after May 1st will require full payment due 10 days or less after reservation is made to hold reserved dates. Deposits and payments may be made by personal check, money order, MasterCard, VISA, or Discover. Credit cards will be charged at the time the reservation is made. Note: A reduction in reserved dates or a downgrade in reserved cabins may result in a $15.00 processing fee, in addition to any applicable cancellation penalty. To insure your preferred date you should reserve well in advance. Some restrictions may apply.

IF YOU EXCEED THE MAXIMUM CAPACITY OF YOUR CABIN, YOU WILL FORFEIT YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT.

CANCELLATION POLICY (except as noted for Mackinaw cabin):

Cancellations received 45 days or more prior to reserved date will receive a 50% refund of amount paid. Cancellations 44 days or less prior to reserved date will receive no refund. Cancellations must be received in writing. Absolutely no refunds for last minute cancellations or no shows.

SECURITY DEPOSIT POLICY:

Security deposits are required at check-in and are not payable in advance. Acceptable payment methods are cash, check, or credit card imprint. The deposits are refunded upon departure provided: 1) there are no missing items or damages to the cabin or resort property, 2) the maximum cabin capacity has not been exceeded, and 3) there is no excessive cabin cleaning required. Excessive cleaning includes, but is not limited to, loose trash, dirty dishes or ovens (no broiling), furniture and carpet stains, stained linens, and smoke in non-smoking cabins.

CABIN RATES DO NOT INCLUDE SALES OR TRANSIENT TAXES. ALL DELUXE CABINS HAVE A REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT PAYABLE UPON ARRIVAL (IF YOU EXCEED THE MAXIMUM CAPACITY YOU WILL FORFEIT YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT.)

November - April: Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm Saturday 9am to Noon
